Located at the North end of Kaiteriteri main beach, this fabulous beach house (as indicated) is just one minute walk to either Breakers Bay or Kaiteriteri beach, with spectacular views over the water less than 100 meters away.

Facilities

This home comfortably sleeps 10 with two double bedded rooms 6 person bunk room. Two bathrooms with multiple hot water cylinders, TV, broadband connection, gas or charcoal BBQ. Linen not included, unless by prior arrangement.

There is plenty of private parking, boat park and wash bay with easy access off the main road.

The outdoor living area is in a sheltered sunny spot surrounded by citrus trees and new for the 2010/2011 summer this courtyard has been secured for young children.

Rates: NZ$250 - 500/night. Bookings for the Summer peak season open in July that same year, bookings will not be taken before this date. The Peak Period is from 20th December to 30 January. During this time the minimum stay is 7 Nights. Form 1st February to 30 April and 1st November to 20th Dec then minimum booking period 3 nights. Enquire about our weekend special deals.
